Visiting Homecare

Our visiting homecare services span a variety of different levels of care. Some people require a little help around the house, while others prefer a “sitting” companionship service, where a carer will keep our client company in their home for as long or as little as you need.

Visiting homecare may mean a simple visit to check-in, a helping hand to aid mobility around the home or a way to build confidence after a fall or injury.  Our homecare team are available day and night, with an out of hours “on-call” service for peace of mind that we’re here whenever you need care.

Our visiting homecare services include:

Medication management

Mobility around the home

Caring for a pet

Visits to the local community or medical appointments

House work and chores

Personal care

Companionship

Claire's Story

"Direct Homecare have been caring for my daughter for a number of months. They are available at short notice when we've had unexpected needs, and we can't stress how wonderful our experience has been so far. We've been involved in the care planning process and it's not only built our confidence, but also my daughter's. The service has been amazing and we're so grateful for the Direct Homecare team."
