Lauren Thomas

Lauren is our Registered Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care services, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.

Her duties include managing staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, developing care plans, maintaining health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with our clients and their families to support person-centred care.
