Olivia Carman

Olivia Carman serves as Clinical Lead, bringing over 15 years of nursing experience across acute, critical care, respiratory, and complex community services. In her role, she provides clinical leadership, supports multidisciplinary teams, and helps ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across our service.

Olivia plays a key role in maintaining high clinical standards through her involvement in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing support and development of staff. Passionate about compassionate care and collaborative working, she is committed to creating a positive environment where teams feel empowered to deliver the highest standards of practice while meeting each client’s individual needs.
