Sara Santos

Sara is our Clinical Governance Lead and ensures all services meet CQC standards by overseeing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Her role includes monitoring governance frameworks, managing complaints and incidents, producing quality reports, and leading audits to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with senior management, her position supports safe, effective, and person-centred care through strong oversight, learning from feedback, and embedding best practice across all services.
